Seafarers @ Twelve has been running for over 10 years and offers a high standard of accommodation aimed at the business executive and leisure guest.  We offer a flexible choice of rooms on a Room Only basis - double, single & twin en suite rooms as well as 2 self catering apartments.

 

We have moved away from the traditional B & B and have introduced the Room Only option.  This is popular with our business traveller,  who very often does not have time to have a full sit down breakfast.  Therefore, guests can help themselves to a choice of cereals, fruit juices, yogurts, fresh fruit & bread, which is left on a self serve basis in the guest dining room.

 

Seafarers @ Twelve, is a stylish Edwardian townhouse set in a quiet leafy cul de sac, just a short distance from the sea front and within a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre.  Which most find an ideal base to work from - be it for leisure or business. The rooms are clean, comfy and tastefully decorated.   There is also Wifi available free of charge - just make sure you bring your own laptop.   

 

We have a wide repeat client base from both home and abroad and have many well known companies both locally and nationally, choosing to accommodate their employees with us.  We can offer value for money and a more friendly welcoming service where you are actually treated as an individual and not just as an automated booking.
