TWELVE began over forty years ago, with the acquisition of the charming Edwardian house in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset. Set in Victoria Park, a quiet leafy cul de sac in an elevated position with panoramic views across Weston Bay and a short distance from Weston-super-Mare’s excellent facilities. 

 

Over the years all accommodation has been regularly refurbished, updated and improved to provide all the facilities you expect, but at the same time retaining the original character and ambience. All accommodation is en-suite with all the facilities that you would expect including Free wireless internet connections.
