Reservations
Please note that in order to make a reservation, we will ask for a valid credit card to hold against the booking. 

CONFIRMATION

We do like to send out confirmation to our guests if time permits so that you can check that the dates, type of room & price are all correct and this is usually sent via email.  However,if you would prefer a copy to be sent in the post or do not have access to email, please advise on booking and we will post a copy to you. 

 

ARRIVAL & CHECK IN

Guests are requested to give an approximate time of arrival as the building is not managed on a 24 hour basis.  Reception is usually manned between approx 0915 - 1615 hours daily Monday to Friday.  Saturdays & Sundays are as arranged.  Outside these hours, a point of contact can be nominated for late arrivals and in case of emergencies.  These details will be confirmed once a reservation has been made.  However, we do prefer to meet guests in person & hand out keys and answer any queries if necessary.

 

Guests are given a set of keys on arrival which will have a key to main front door and a key to their room.  We ask guests to carry their keys with them at all times, which does enable guests to come and go as they please.

 

DEPARTURE

Guests are asked to vacate rooms between 1030 - 1100 hours on the day of departure.  We ask guests to remember to leave their keys on reception on departure.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do ask guests to give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation or as agreed on reservation.  If you fail to turn up or give less than the agreed notice & we are unable to re-let the accommodation, we will take the first night’s cost from the card details given.
