TWELVE is a small townhouse located half way up Weston hillside. It is owned and run by Francesca Richard Day, who bought the house over 10 years ago, lovingly restored it to its former glory and more recently, have refurbished to a more contemporary style for today’s more discerning visitor.

There are 5 individual en suite rooms ranging from a single to a large double/family room offering a wonderful view across Weston bay and overlooking the famous Grand Pier. It also benefits from a further 4 self contained apartments - 3 studio rooms and a one double bedroomed apartment.

This is what we described as our bijut room - yes it’s a single. How ever it still benefits from the same as the larger rooms but on a smaller scale. The en suite also benefits from a toilet, hand basin, Mira shower over a mini bath - just like Dr Who’s tardis!

This is our best room - a pure delight. It is a light, spacious room benefitting from a view across the bay and Weston’s Grand Pier. There is a large double bed, leather arm chair, desk and en suite bathroom. This room also has a full length bath, Mira shower over, close coupled toilet and handbasin.

Another room that benefits from a sea view - although not quite so panoramic as Room 123 but still a pleasant scene to wake up to. This room has 2 single beds but please note they can not be pushed together to form a double due to the layout of the room. The en suite to this room has a mini bath, Mira shower over, toilet and handbasin.

This room is located to the rear of the property and is better suited for those who enjoy a relaxing bath as it does have a large en suite bathroom. There is a full length bath, a separate step in shower with an electric sports shower - very refreshing, toilet and hand basin. It’s almost as large as the room itself. This is a double room with an antique pine bed and matching furniture.

WiFi - a must have these days for any business executive. At the moment WiFi is available in the guest lounge but there are plans in progress for the installation of WiFi accessibility in all rooms. This is free of charge at the moment unlike many of the larger chain hotels who will charge! Each room does benefit from its own TV, DVD and CD player but you can also relax in the guest lounge where Sky is available.

At TWELVE there is limited off road parking - a bit of a squeeze but we can accommodate 4 cars. However, there is also on un restricted roadside parking in Victoria Park as it is a cul de sac. TWELVEalso have the luxury of sharing the only car park in the road with Timbertop Hotel - so although we do not have a car park - hopefully this shouldn’t be an issue!
